Originally created to be used for the Balanced Day School system that is becoming widely used in Ontario, the functionality, versatility and design have made it a world wide sensation!

A Balanced School Day involves schools providing 2 separate nutrition breaks to ensure that children are eating enough of a balanced diet throughout the day. This lunch bag has two separate compartments for Break 1 and Break 2 so that children can easily determine which foods are meant for morning and afternoon breaks.

Only the safest materials are used to make Balanced Day Lunch Kits. The liner is 100% lead, pvc, and phalate free. There is a tiny content on the inside surface of the outer material that tested with a trace amount of PVC (still well under the Canadian standards) but there is a layer of insulation and a thick liner between that and the food compartment. All products have been tested and pass permissable limits.
